As all our members must be tax compliant, certified solvent and agree to pay fellow members for any goods or services purchased from them, within agreed credit terms. Doing business with fellow members will be mutually beneficial as you both know you are going to get paid. Q. How much does membership cost? A. Annual membership costs €295.00 + VAT @ 21.5%. This membership fee includes access to both the Goodbiz and the Badbiz databases. Q. What benefits are there? A. Membership includes free seminars, held periodically, on topics of major interest to our members. You also get a free e-newsletter and access to free on-line articles, advice and information on issues affecting business in Ireland today. Another service that we offer is debt collection. From as little as €125.00 + VAT @ 21.5% we will initiate debt collection procedures on your behalf. An advantage we have over other debt collection firms is that we will publish the names and details of any businesses that do not pay-up, on our Badbiz database. Members are encouraged not to do business with those businesses listed on the Badbiz database, so there is an immediate incentive to pay-up. Q. Are there terms and conditions applying to membership? A. Yes there are terms and conditions applying. The main terms and conditions are as follows:- - All members must be able to produce a tax clearance certificate
- All members must be certified as solvent by their accountants
- All members agree that if they do business with fellow members that they will pay for any goods or services within agreed credit terms
- All members agree to implement a policy of not doing business with those businesses listed on the Badbiz database
